Tiring holiday season…
December 23, Friday 7:30pm
After work, cramming sa mall with Mitch. It was the only time we got to do our last-minute shopping spree. Also bought a huge (lamon kung lamon!) four season pizza from Yellow Cab for our mini Christmas party.

Just arrived at Candice’s place in QC. We got lost looking for the place eh lapit lang pala sa EDSA! Coz those people who we asked for directions kept on pointing us at a different (and much farther) direction. Kakahilo! Anyway, Anj, Paolo, Ivee, Paul, and me pigged (?!) out to the max with lechon manok, bangus sisig, pizza, croissants (sosyal ka, Kel!), salad… Talagang no diet on holidays. Thanks for the gift guys!

Some kind of a dilemma kung uuwi na ba kami ng La Union or not yet. And then, two hours later, we decided not to push through with our pland of going na. Bagsak sa kama for some much needed sleep!

Went to the airport to fetch papa. Supwise!!! After so many months (and days ng kakukulit sa Arabo, pinayagan na siya at long last! FINALLY!)

Wala, walang as in celebration because we were busy sa bahay packing our things and all para umuwi ng lu. Sad pero happy. happy na sad. Weirdo!

Travelling to La Union with papa driving. And we can’t sleep kasi he was driving the way he drives in Saudi. Yung tipong sobrang bilis coz wala ka namang makakasalubong na sasakyan kahit ilang oras na ang nakalipas. But then, andito na sya sa Pilipinas. Some kind of a miles and miles apart difference.

Food, talk, food, talk… Ang aking familia eh may reunion of some sort. Sayang wala kami sa mga big reunions of the clans.

Met with Camille and Catherine (and Mayer later on) sa Max’s. Some barkada get-together naman although missing in action ang iba. Guys, whatever happened to our Max’s tradition every Christmastime? Tsk, tsk… walang nakaalala na except the three of us.

Went to CSI to buy some pasalubong na wala naman. Nag-Ibay’s na lang kame. Sam, as usual, nagyaya sa Worlds of Fun. So go naman kame and played the memory game. Shucks, ang corny namin noh?! Haha! MEMORY GAME!!!

Pauwi kami ng ate ko sa Manila coz my work kinabukasan. Argh! Buti na lang madali lang sumakay. Akala ko aabutin kami ng siyam-siyam eh. Ang ganda pa nung bus ng Partas. It’s new and sleek and clean… Hanep! Astig!

Spent the whole time sa bus. Tulog agad pagdating sa bahay.
See?! Busy weekend and naiimagine ko na yan na naman ang mangyayari sa amin this weekend. Three days to go and happy new year na!
